Responsibility
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for high-quality F&B products, ensuring compliance with resort and cafe standards.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to secure the best value without sacrificing quality.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the F&B team to forecast demand and prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and emerging trends in F&B procurement.
- Ensure timely delivery of supplies and resolve any logistical or quality-related issues with suppliers.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and agreements for auditing and budgeting purposes.
- Collaborate with the finance team to align procurement activities with budgetary constraints.
- Uphold sustainability practices by sourcing eco-friendly and locally produced products where possible.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of negotiation skills and supplier relationship management.
- Strong understanding of food safety standards, inventory control, and cost management.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement software (e.g., ERP systems).
- Fluent in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
