Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including teas, coffees, and specialty drinks, according to Tealive’s standards and recipes.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines, blenders, and other equipment to ensure optimal performance and cleanliness.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing workspace, including the counter, equipment, and storage areas.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and special events.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
- Monitor inventory levels of beverages, syrups, toppings, and other supplies, and report shortages to the manager.
- Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role within the hospitality or F&B industry.
- Strong knowledge of coffee and tea preparation techniques, including brewing methods and flavor profiles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory tracking.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings, as required.
- Certification in food safety or barista training is a plus.
- Passion for the F&B industry and a willingness to learn and grow with the Tealive brand.
