Responsibility
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable agreements.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from sourcing to delivery, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., production, logistics, finance) to align purchasing activities with business needs.
- Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and inventory levels to mitigate risks and ensure continuity of supply.
- Lead supplier relationship management, including performance evaluations, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze procurement data and generate reports to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Ensure ethical sourcing practices and adherence to corporate social responsibility (CSR) standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in procurement software (e.g., ERP systems, SAP, or Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Indonesian procurement regulations and market dynamics is highly desirable.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs.
