In this role, you will play a pivotal part in sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier relationships to ensure cost-effective and high-quality procurement of goods. Your expertise will directly impact our supply chain efficiency, inventory management, and overall business profitability.

Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to optimize procurement costs and supplier performance.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to secure favorable deals.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and evaluate existing ones for quality and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, sales) to align procurement with business goals.
- Manage purchase orders, invoices, and payment processes while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Resolve supplier disputes and mitigate risks related to supply chain disruptions.
- Prepare reports and forecasts on procurement activities, costs, and savings.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in import/export or trading industries.
- Proven track record in vendor negotiation, contract management, and cost reduction.
- Strong knowledge of incoterms, customs regulations, and international trade practices.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and procurement software.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Willingness to relocate to Singapore after an initial period in Bali.
