Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to ensure efficiency and timely delivery.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits to prevent shortages or excesses.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to streamline logistics processes.
- Prepare and process shipping documents, including invoices, bills of lading, and customs paperwork.
- Track shipments and resolve any issues that may arise during transit.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and deliveries using logistics software.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to optimize supply chain costs and improve vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with local and international logistics regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain operations.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
