Responsibility
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Process and track orders, shipments, and deliveries with meticulous attention to detail.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with warehouse and transportation teams to optimize delivery schedules and routes.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, communications, and service agreements.
- Monitor shipment statuses and proactively update stakeholders on any delays or issues.
- Assist in preparing logistics reports, performance metrics, and customer feedback analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in customer service, logistics, or supply chain operations is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with logistics software or ERP systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic logistics setting.
- Knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, or inventory management is a plus.
