Responsibility
- Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products while optimizing resource utilization.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to manage material availability and inventory levels.
- Monitor production processes to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze production data to generate reports on performance metrics, efficiency, and areas for optimization.
- Ensure compliance with quality control standards and collaborate with QA teams to resolve any deviations.
- Forecast demand and adjust production plans accordingly to prevent overstocking or shortages.
- Utilize ERP or production planning software to track progress, update schedules, and communicate changes to stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional meetings to align production goals with company objectives and customer requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning, inventory management, or a similar role within manufacturing or logistics.
- Proficiency in production planning software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or MRP systems) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen).
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
