Responsibility
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to expand the industrial projects business across Southeast Asia.
- Oversee end-to-end project logistics operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of complex shipments.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and P&L management for the regional projects division.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.
- Drive operational efficiency through process optimization, technology adoption, and team development.
- Ensure compliance with local and international logistics regulations and safety standards.
- Collaborate with global teams to align regional strategies with corporate objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in emerging markets within Southeast Asia.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project logistics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale industrial projects in Southeast Asia.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in business development and client relationship management.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
- In-depth knowledge of regional logistics regulations, customs procedures, and industry best practices.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region as required.
