Responsibility
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure adherence to schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Monitor and optimize workflow processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely material availability and inventory management.
- Implement and maintain production KPIs, tracking performance metrics and reporting on operational effectiveness.
- Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and develop corrective action plans.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and quality control standards.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, to drive operational excellence.
- Train and mentor production staff, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and high performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in production operations, manufacturing, or logistics management.
- Proven track record in process optimization, workflow management, and production planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, production software, and inventory management tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
