Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) in alignment with ISO and industry standards.
- Lead audits, inspections, and compliance checks to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and supply chain teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
- Analyze quality data and metrics to drive process improvements and reduce defects.
- Train and mentor staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance reports, implementing corrective actions.
- Oversee documentation and reporting for quality assurance and regulatory submissions.
- Champion a culture of quality and continuous improvement across all operational levels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in quality management within manufacturing, transport, or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or similar frameworks.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing quality teams and cross-functional projects.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
- Certifications such as CQM (Certified Quality Manager), CQE (Certified Quality Engineer), or equivalent are a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
