Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies to align with company production schedules.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers to ensure a competitive and reliable supply chain.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and service level agreements with vendors to maximize cost savings.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production teams to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Conduct regular supplier performance reviews to maintain quality and delivery standards.
- Analyze market trends and price fluctuations to provide accurate forecasting and budget planning.
- Ensure all purchasing processes comply with internal policies, legal requirements, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in purchasing or procurement within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of achieving significant cost reductions.
- Proficiency in ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholder relationships.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
