Responsibility
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure high-quality materials at competitive prices while ensuring SNI compliance.
- Manage procurement processes, including purchase orders, contracts, and vendor relationships, to support production and operational needs.
- Coordinate logistics activities, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with SNI standards and other relevant regulations throughout the procurement and logistics lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including production, finance, and quality assurance, to align procurement and logistics strategies with business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, supplier performance, and cost-saving opportunities to optimize procurement and logistics efficiency.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to purchasing and logistics activities.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders, deliveries, or compliance to minimize disruptions and ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or logistics, preferably in the manufacturing or transportation industry.
- Strong knowledge of SNI standards and regulatory compliance requirements in Indonesia.
- Proven negotiation and vendor management skills with a track record of securing favorable terms and contracts.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess supplier performance and optimize procurement processes.
- Proficiency in using procurement and logistics software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
