Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes for assigned projects, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts and terms to secure cost-effective solutions.
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with project managers and finance teams to align procurement activities with budgetary constraints and project timelines.
- Prepare and analyze procurement reports, providing insights to support data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and services, resolving any supply chain disruptions proactively.
- Conduct regular vendor evaluations and risk assessments to mitigate potential supply chain risks.
- Support sustainability initiatives by sourcing eco-friendly materials and promoting ethical procurement practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills with a proven track record of cost savings.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to address procurement challenges.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local and international procurement regulations is a plus.
