Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of QC inspectors to ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and processes to minimize defects and errors.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of products, materials, and production processes.
- Analyze quality data and prepare reports to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and logistics teams to resolve quality-related issues promptly.
- Train and mentor QC staff on best practices, tools, and methodologies for quality assurance.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and international quality standards (e.g., ISO).
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Control, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, 5S), and industry standards (ISO 9001, etc.).
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and drive process improvements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with a commitment to integrity and ethical practices.
