Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage the procurement of materials, equipment, and facility supplies to meet operational demands.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely deliveries and competitive pricing.
- Conduct market research to identify cost-effective and high-quality procurement solutions.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock management and reduce waste.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, contracts, and agreements in compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with finance and logistics teams to ensure budget adherence and efficient resource allocation.
- Evaluate supplier performance and conduct regular reviews to maintain service quality and reliability.
- Generate reports and analyze procurement data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or materials management, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
