Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including supplier selection, negotiation, and purchase order issuance.
  • Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to meet production and sales demands while minimizing excess stock.
  • Coordinate with international suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any supply chain disruptions.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate records.
  • Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement strategies.
  • Collaborate with finance, logistics, and production teams to align purchasing activities with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or inventory management, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience working with international suppliers.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) is a plus.
