Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including supplier selection, negotiation, and purchase order issuance.
- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to meet production and sales demands while minimizing excess stock.
- Coordinate with international suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any supply chain disruptions.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate records.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement strategies.
- Collaborate with finance, logistics, and production teams to align purchasing activities with business objectives.
- Develop and implement inventory control policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Prepare reports on procurement activities, inventory turnover, and supplier performance for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or inventory management, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience working with international suppliers.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) is a plus.
