Responsibility
- Develop and implement cost-effective procurement strategies to meet organizational needs.
- Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms, pricing, and contracts.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and supply risks.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement activities with production and logistics goals.
- Manage supplier relationships and conduct performance evaluations to ensure reliability.
- Prepare and maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and documentation.
- Support inventory management and demand forecasting to optimize stock levels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Proven track record in vendor negotiation and contract management.
- Strong analytical and cost-benefit analysis skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
