Responsibility
- Assist in processing purchase orders and tracking deliveries to ensure timely procurement of materials.
- Maintain and update vendor databases, including contact details, pricing, and contract terms.
- Coordinate with suppliers to confirm order specifications, delivery schedules, and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and organize procurement documentation, including invoices, receipts, and inventory reports.
- Support the team in negotiating terms with vendors to secure cost-effective deals.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management to prevent shortages or excess.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and compare product offerings.
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and preparing reports for management.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
