Responsibility
- Assist in sourcing and procuring raw materials, packaging, and supplies from approved vendors.
- Support the preparation and processing of purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to prevent stockouts or excess.
- Conduct market research to identify cost-effective suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.
- Maintain and update procurement records, including vendor contracts and pricing databases.
- Assist in evaluating supplier performance and resolving delivery or quality issues.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to track procurement budgets and expenses.
- Prepare reports on purchasing activities, spending trends, and cost-saving opportunities.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of procurement processes, inventory management, or accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data analysis) and familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and team collaboration.
- Previous internship or part-time experience in purchasing, logistics, or a similar role is a plus.
