Qidongjinhua Construction is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing & HR Administrator to join our dynamic team in Bali. Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including vendor selection, negotiation, and purchase order processing to ensure cost-effective and timely acquisition of materials and services.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplier contracts, and procurement transactions to support audit and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers and site teams to forecast material needs and align purchasing activities with project timelines.
- Administer HR functions, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and maintenance of personnel records in compliance with local labor laws.
- Process payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement.
- Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance workplace efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Prepare regular reports on purchasing expenditures, HR metrics, and other administrative KPIs for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or HR administration, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws, payroll processing, and HR compliance requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and HR/payroll software. Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Indonesian citizenship or permanent residency is required.
