Responsibility
- Review and process insurance claims in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of claim documentation, including forms, receipts, and supporting evidence.
- Liaise with clients, agents, and third-party vendors to gather additional information or clarify discrepancies.
- Maintain meticulous records of all claims activities in the company’s database or CRM system.
- Assess claim eligibility and determine appropriate settlements or denials based on policy terms.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on claim status, trends, and resolutions to management.
- Collaborate with underwriters, adjusters, and legal teams to resolve complex or high-value claims.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Administration, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic data entry tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with insurance terminology or claims processing is a plus but not required.
