Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to secure high-quality materials at competitive prices.
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.
- Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and cost fluctuations to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., production, logistics, finance) to align procurement activities with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing standards.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, inventory levels, and supplier agreements.
- Resolve supply chain disruptions and escalate issues to management as needed.
- Conduct regular supplier evaluations and build long-term partnerships with key vendors.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG industries.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with suppliers and internal teams.
- Knowledge of inventory management, demand forecasting, and cost analysis.
- Familiarity with international trade regulations and customs procedures is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
