Responsibility
- Manage daily purchasing activities, including order processing, supplier coordination, and inventory tracking.
- Generate and process SAP purchase orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Solicit, evaluate, and negotiate supplier quotations to secure cost-effective and high-quality materials.
- Maintain and update procurement data in ERP systems to ensure real-time visibility and reporting.
- Monitor and follow up on delivery schedules to ensure on-time receipt of goods and materials.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable and ethical sourcing.
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to align procurement activities with budgetary and operational goals.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the procurement function.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry.
- Proficient in SAP or other ERP systems for procurement and inventory management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to interact effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret procurement data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of supplier evaluation and contract management best practices.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian) are a plus.
