Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to reduce costs and improve supplier performance.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to secure the best value for the company.
- Manage supplier relationships, conduct performance evaluations, and resolve any supply chain issues.
- Monitor market trends, assess supplier capabilities, and identify new sourcing opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., production, finance, logistics) to align procurement activities with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing standards.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, inventory levels, and supplier agreements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain supplier relationships.
- Knowledge of industry regulations, compliance standards, and best practices in procurement.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian) are a plus.
