As a QA Assistant, you will work closely with our QA/QC team to monitor, inspect, and report on product quality, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies. Responsibility
- Conduct routine inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Document and report any deviations or non-conformities in the production process.
- Assist in the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address quality issues.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality control activities.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure adherence to quality control procedures.
- Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support the QA/QC team in preparing reports and presentations for management review.
- Stay updated on industry standards and best practices in quality assurance.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Quality Management, or related disciplines).
- Previous experience in quality assurance or a similar role is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate findings clearly.
- Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS) and ISO standards is advantageous.
- Proficient in using basic quality control tools and software.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
