Responsibility
- Accurately receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments into inventory management systems.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse spaces, adhering to safety and efficiency standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to ensure stock accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity targets.
- Generate and maintain detailed records of inventory transactions, including receipts, transfers, and adjustments.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks while verifying shipment contents against purchase orders.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or warehouse operations is a plus.
- Proven experience (1+ years) in warehouse, inventory, or logistics roles.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, WMS).
- Physical ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25 kg (50 lbs) safely.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols and equipment operation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime or weekends as needed.
