Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end indirect procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.
- Develop and implement cost-saving strategies to optimize procurement spend and improve operational efficiency.
- Manage SAP Purchase Order (PO) processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies.
- Handle Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes, evaluating supplier proposals and selecting the best value options.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable, high-quality, and cost-effective supply chains.
- Generate and analyze procurement reports to track performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and logistics, to align procurement activities with business goals.
- Stay updated on market trends, industry best practices, and new technologies to drive continuous improvement in procurement processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in indirect procurement, preferably in the manufacturing or automotive industry.
- Proven track record in supplier negotiation, cost reduction, and contract management.
- Strong proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems for procurement and PO processing.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with RFQ processes, supplier evaluation, and strategic sourcing methodologies.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian) are a plus.
