Responsibility
- Participate in rotational assignments across key supply chain functions including procurement, logistics, warehousing, and production planning
- Assist in optimizing inventory levels and implementing demand forecasting models to improve supply chain efficiency
- Support the development and execution of logistics strategies to enhance distribution network performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities
- Analyze supply chain data using ERP systems and business intelligence tools to generate actionable insights
- Contribute to sustainability initiatives by identifying opportunities to reduce waste and improve resource utilization
- Prepare reports and presentations on supply chain performance metrics for management review
- Participate in continuous improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field (recent graduates or early-career professionals welcome)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and data visualization tools
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities
- Basic understanding of supply chain concepts, inventory management, and logistics operations
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia and participate in rotational assignments
