Based in Badung, Bali, this contract position offers a competitive salary range of $2,700 – $3,300 per month, along with the chance to work in one of the world’s most inspiring locations. Responsibility
- Manage and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate terms, track deliveries, and resolve any discrepancies or delays.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to secure favorable pricing and service levels.
- Monitor inventory levels and material requirements, collaborating with production and logistics teams to prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Prepare and analyze procurement reports, providing insights on spending patterns, cost-saving opportunities, and vendor performance.
- Ensure all procurement activities adhere to legal and ethical standards, including contract terms and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the evaluation and onboarding of new suppliers, conducting due diligence and risk assessments.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement processes and systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain coordination, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Proven track record in vendor management, order processing, and material planning.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and other procurement software.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with inventory management principles and cost-control strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
