Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end procurement processes, from vendor selection to contract finalization.
- Conduct market research to identify cost-effective and high-quality suppliers for goods and services.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with vendors to secure optimal deals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing standards.
- Monitor and track procurement budgets, providing regular reports on spending and savings.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Finance, Operations, Legal) to align procurement activities with business needs.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier performance metrics.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce lead times.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management (preferably in manufacturing or FMCG).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of contract law, vendor management, and procurement best practices.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian, Tagalog) are a plus.
