Responsibility
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure cost-effective and high-quality materials, services, and equipment.
- Process purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely receipt of goods to support project timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including contracts, invoices, and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to align procurement strategies with budgetary constraints and project requirements.
- Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and pricing fluctuations to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, ethical standards, and local/regional regulations.
- Resolve vendor disputes, address delivery issues, and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
- Prepare and present procurement reports, including spend analysis and supplier performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or hospitality.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain supplier relationships.
- Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, forecast demand, and optimize procurement processes.
- Knowledge of inventory management, contract law, and cost analysis is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
