Responsibility

  • Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective and timely acquisition of materials and services.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms to secure the best prices and quality.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, supplier performance, and pricing to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data related to procurement activities.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and reports related to procurement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all procurement activities.
  • Provide support and guidance to junior staff members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
