Responsibility
- Assist in sourcing and procuring high-quality materials, fixtures, and furnishings for interior fit-out projects.
- Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure cost-effective pricing and favorable terms.
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and inventory to support financial and operational reporting.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and stay updated on industry trends and material innovations.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company policies and project specifications.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder materials as needed to prevent project delays.
- Assist in resolving discrepancies or issues with suppliers, ensuring smooth project execution.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or a similar role, preferably in the interior design or construction industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with procurement software or ERP systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Knowledge of local and international suppliers for interior fit-out materials is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
