Responsibility
- Assist in the procurement of company supplies, equipment, and services while ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with departments to forecast demand and prevent stockouts.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and contracts with accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, evaluate vendor performance, and recommend improvements.
- Maintain organized records of purchases, agreements, and expenditures for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with finance and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and budget adherence.
- Resolve supply chain discrepancies and communicate proactively with stakeholders to mitigate delays.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to build rapport with suppliers and internal teams.
