Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to identify cost-effective suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to secure the best deals for the company.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers while exploring new vendor opportunities.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely procurement of materials.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and new suppliers.
- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, delivery, and cost metrics.
- Prepare and analyze procurement reports to track spending and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all purchasing activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing, sourcing, or procurement, preferably in manufacturing, electronics, or logistics.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian) are a plus.
