Responsibility
- Assist in the coordination of production schedules and workflows to meet deadlines.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of materials and supplies.
- Support quality control processes by inspecting products and reporting discrepancies.
- Operate and maintain basic production equipment and machinery as required.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to facilitate the movement of goods and materials.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including output, downtime, and resource usage.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and contribute to a zero-accident workplace.
- Assist in the preparation of production reports and documentation for management review.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a production, manufacturing, or logistics environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic knowledge of production processes, inventory management, or supply chain operations.
- Proficiency in using MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic data entry tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 kg).
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts, as required by production demands.
