Responsibility
- Oversee and coordinate daily branch operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of staff, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards across all branch activities.
- Manage inventory, logistics, and resource allocation to meet demand and minimize waste.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve branch KPIs and business objectives.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain strong relationships.
- Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance, challenges, and improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in manufacturing, transport, or logistics.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and driving operational improvements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in operational software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
