Responsibility
- Manage and execute procurement processes to ensure timely replenishment of products and materials.
- Monitor sales volume and inventory levels to maintain optimal stock and prevent shortages or excesses.
- Plan, analyze, and control financial figures, including gross profit and inventory costs, to ensure profitability.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and inventory transactions.
- Coordinate with internal departments to align procurement activities with production and sales forecasts.
- Handle administrative tasks, including documentation, reporting, and compliance with company policies.
- Support the implementation of cost-saving initiatives and process improvements in procurement and administration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or administrative roles, preferably in the manufacturing or F&B industry.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret financial and inventory data.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills to interact effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and experience with ERP or procurement software.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
