Responsibility
- Manage and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of materials and services.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate terms, track shipments, and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain and update procurement records, including contracts, invoices, and inventory logs.
- Monitor stock levels and work with internal teams to forecast demand and prevent shortages.
- Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
- Prepare and present reports on purchasing activities, costs, and supplier performance to management.
- Collaborate with finance and logistics teams to streamline procurement workflows and reduce operational costs.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation to support purchasing operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or administrative roles within manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and inventory control.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and experience with ERP or procurement software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Indonesian.
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed purchasing decisions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
