Responsibility
- Manage and execute procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing raw materials, equipment, and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and competitive pricing.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to prevent stockouts or excess inventory.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, contracts, and agreements while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Conduct market research to identify cost-effective suppliers and evaluate their reliability and quality standards.
- Track and report on procurement expenditures, budget adherence, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Collaborate with finance and logistics teams to align procurement activities with organizational goals.
- Resolve supplier disputes or delivery issues promptly to minimize operational disruptions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, forecast demand, and optimize procurement strategies.
- Familiarity with Indonesian business regulations, tax compliance, and import/export procedures is a plus.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are advantageous.
