Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes for the Life Bird Division, including purchase orders, vendor selection, and contract negotiations.
- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent stockouts or excess, ensuring cost efficiency.
- Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotes, compare prices, and secure the best terms for raw materials, equipment, and services.
- Process and track purchase requisitions, invoices, and delivery schedules using ERP or procurement software.
- Collaborate with finance and logistics teams to ensure timely payments and smooth material flow.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and evaluate existing ones based on quality, price, and reliability.
- Prepare and present procurement reports, including spend analysis and cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles, preferably in agribusiness, FMCG, or manufacturing.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain supplier relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, forecast demand, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Familiarity with Indonesian market suppliers and local procurement regulations.
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
