Responsibility
- Accurately input, process, and update procurement data in Mekari/Accurate systems to maintain real-time inventory and financial records.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment, delivery tracking, and invoice reconciliation.
- Monitor stock levels and generate purchase orders to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
- Prepare and analyze procurement reports to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for contracts, quotes, and supplier agreements.
- Assist in negotiating terms with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and payment conditions.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure procurement activities align with budgetary constraints.
- Resolve discrepancies in orders, shipments, or billing with proactive communication and problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or administrative roles (manufacturing/logistics preferred).
- Proficiency in Mekari, Accurate, or similar ERP systems; quick learner for new software.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail in data entry and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and work independently in a contract-based role.
- Familiarity with supply chain management principles and vendor relationship building.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related fields is a plus.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
