Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including vendor selection, negotiation, and purchase order processing to ensure cost-effective and timely acquisitions.
- Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods, while maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Develop and implement inventory control systems to minimize stock discrepancies and optimize warehouse space utilization.
- Collaborate with the finance and logistics teams to forecast demand, monitor stock levels, and prevent shortages or excess inventory.
- Utilize SQL and data analysis tools to generate reports on procurement trends, inventory turnover, and supplier performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards in all warehouse and procurement activities.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies, delays, or issues related to orders and deliveries.
- Continuously evaluate and improve procurement and warehouse processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and support business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) are a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, warehouse management, or supply chain operations, preferably in the manufacturing or construction industry.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying, reporting, and analysis. Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise effectively with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in inventory management and record-keeping.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken). Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
