Responsibility
- Source and procure mechanical and electrical spare parts from local and international suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Prepare and send quotations to clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Process purchase orders (POs) and coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder parts to prevent stockouts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure procurement aligns with project requirements.
- Track and report on procurement activities, costs, and savings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with mechanical and electrical parts and components.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and logistics is a plus.
