Responsibility
- Source and procure raw materials, equipment, and services required for manufacturing and logistics operations.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Evaluate supplier performance and conduct regular reviews to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with finance and logistics teams to streamline procurement processes and reduce lead times.
- Prepare and maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and documentation.
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and new suppliers to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry.
