Responsibility
- Execute procurement of equipment and hardware for new projects and production operations.
- Manage routine purchasing affairs, including order placement, tracking, and delivery coordination.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
- Maintain and update procurement records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast procurement needs and align purchasing strategies.
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to optimize procurement processes.
- Resolve any procurement-related issues and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Prepare and present procurement reports to management as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of market trends and supplier networks in the manufacturing sector.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
