As a night shift attendant, you will ensure that lobbies, corridors, and public spaces remain spotless and inviting during overnight hours. Your work will directly contribute to the positive experience of guests and the reputation of our client properties. This role offers a competitive salary of $2400/month and the opportunity to work in some of Bali’s most sought-after locations, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

Responsibility
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of public areas, including lobbies, corridors, and restrooms, during night shift hours.
- Empty and sanitize trash bins and replace liners as needed to ensure a fresh and odor-free environment.
- Dust, wipe, and polish surfaces such as walls, floors, doors, and table tops to uphold high standards of presentation.
- Operate cleaning equipment, including vacuum cleaners and floor polishers, safely and efficiently.
- Monitor and restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and tissues in public restrooms and common areas.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for staff and guests.
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleaning tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shift hours.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment, with a focus on safety.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within assigned shifts.
- Good communication skills to report issues and coordinate with team members.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
