Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly, professional demeanor to all guests.
- Assist the Outlet In-Charge in driving sales through upselling and promotional activities.
- Ensure order accuracy and timely delivery of food and beverages to customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming outlet environment in compliance with hygiene standards.
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately and efficiently.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and courteously.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Adhere to company policies and standard operating procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior hospitality experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a bonus).
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for creating positive guest experiences.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
