Responsibility
- Provide friendly and efficient service to all customers, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
- Serve gelato and other products with attention to presentation and quality.
- Assist customers in selecting flavors and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system accurately.
- Restock products and supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak hours as needed.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 kg.
- Familiarity with gelato or dessert products is an advantage.
