Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and supply chain coordination for US Military catering services.
- Ensure compliance with military standards and protocols for food safety, storage, and distribution.
- Lead and supervise a team of store staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations to maintain high operational standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, track usage patterns, and implement cost-effective strategies to minimize waste and optimize resource allocation.
- Collaborate with catering teams to forecast demand, plan procurement, and ensure timely delivery of supplies to multiple locations across Bali.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, discrepancies, and audits to support financial and operational reporting.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency, safety, and consistency in store operations.
- Liaise with military personnel, vendors, and internal stakeholders to address logistical challenges and ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in store supervision, inventory management, or supply chain coordination, preferably in catering or hospitality.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and inventory control best practices.
- Experience working with military or large-scale catering operations is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by operational demands.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian) are a plus.
